Get Started with Lead flow by SGD

One of the big challenges many website owners and marketing teams face is how to attribute website leads to specific marketing channels.

To help overcome this we've built a tracking system directly within your WordPress dashboard called Lead Flow.

Lead Flow helps better manage lead flow, quality, and source attribution right from within your website.

This is available for our SEO, Ads and Growth Plan clients.

Please view the plugin demo video:
What we need you to do:
  1. Log in to WordPress and click Lead Flow in the left-hand menu
  2. You’ll see all leads listed by date across all forms
  3. For each lead, select the lead quality:
    1. Hot – very likely to become a client/customer
    2. Cold – a genuine enquiry, but not a clear fit yet
    3. Spam – not a real lead
  4. If it’s a hot lead, please add an estimated value (optional but very helpful).
  5. You can also set a default lead value in the settings if you want this to auto-populate for hot leads.
  6. Use bulk select where possible (e.g. marking multiple cold or spam leads at once) to speed things up.
  7. Please focus on the last 30 days only for now - no need to go back further.

Once this is completed, the reporting will start to look really solid. We’ll be able to clearly see:
  • Lead quality by channel (SEO, Ads, etc.)
  • Which forms are generating the best leads
  • Estimated value coming through each channel

We’ll also be sending a weekly reminder email every Monday with a link to review the previous 7 days, so this should stay quick and easy going forward. (edited)
